Borders has graciously provided Valley Chess with great locations to meet on a weekly basis. They have awesome books at very reasonable prices, all within peaceful surroundings and conveniently located throughout the valley. But, don't take my opinion on it, come on down and check it out for yourself.
The Coffee Buzz has graciously provided Valley Chess with a great location to hold monthly USCF Rated tournaments. They have great food and coffee, along with a really nice atmosphere!
ACE is a partner in the promotion of USCF rated chess in the Valley. They are now providing us with scoresheets. ACE holds first class USCF Rated tournaments at ASU on Saturdays. Many Valley Chess players, including me, routinely play at their tourneys. Check out their website for details.
